Delete your Moonpager account

Moonpager is run by Moonpager LLC.

In the app

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete my account.
3. Type your handle to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

It happens right away and can’t be undone. Your Space, photos and other uploaded files, messages, friendships and everything else tied to your account are removed at once.

Without the app

Can’t sign in, or would rather ask a person? Email hello@moonpager.com from the email address on your account, with your handle, and we’ll delete it for you. We only act on requests from the account’s own email address, so nobody can delete someone else’s account.

What stays for a little while

Our database provider keeps daily backups for 7 days, so deleted account data can sit in a backup for up to a week before it’s gone for good. Uploaded files aren’t part of those backups. A photo that someone’s browser already loaded can also stay in that browser’s own cache for a while.
