Email hello@moonpager.com. It goes straight to the founders, who are real people and read every message.

If someone is in danger, or it’s about a child’s safety, put Safety in the subject so it gets read first. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before anything else.

Something broke? Tell us.

Email hello@moonpager.com with: what happened, what you expected to happen, which page (its name, or the ordinary page link from the address bar), your device and browser, and a screenshot if you have one.

Please don’t send passwords, verification codes, or sign-in, reset or invitation links; we never ask for them. If you attach a screenshot, cover up private messages, personal details and any codes first.

If moonpager.com itself won’t load, check the status page. It shows whether the service is up, not every individual bug.

Signing in

Use the way you joined. If you used Google to join, choose Continue with Google and use the same Google account. If you joined with email, log in with that email address, not your @handle.

Forgot your password. Tap forgot your password? on the login page and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one. If no email arrives in a few minutes, check spam and make sure it’s the address you joined with. If the link doesn’t work, request a fresh one and try opening it in the browser where you requested it.

The bot check keeps failing. Try again in a regular browser (Chrome or Safari) at moonpager.com. Links opened inside another app’s built-in browser sometimes can’t get past it.

Ages 13 to 17. You need an invite from the people who run Moonpager. Until you open one, your account waits; an invite from a friend doesn’t open the door yet.

Two accounts? Open the menu and use switch account to move to another account already saved on this device.

Still stuck? Email hello@moonpager.com with the address you joined with and what the screen says. Don’t include your password or any codes. We’ll tell you what we can do; we can’t promise to recover an account by email.

Common questions

Someone is bothering me. On their Space, tap Report or block. In an IM, open the ••• menu. Blocking cuts contact in both directions right away, and you can undo it later in Settings.

Someone posted an intimate image of me. Report it in the app with the reason Intimate image of me, without my consent, or email hello@moonpager.com with Safety in the subject and a link to the picture. You don’t have to be a member to ask. We take it down within 48 hours of a valid request, and any copies of it we find, and we don’t need proof of who you are beyond a good-faith statement that it’s you and you didn’t consent.

I want to delete my account. Here’s how, in the app or by email.

For service outages, check the status page. For a problem on a particular page or device, tell us what happened.
